In a way, to talk about countries is just a figure of speech now. Countries refer back to some other time. It’s like the old problem I was talking about earlier. A child of the age of twelve, today, may be a nine-hundred-year-old in terms of experience but he’s still considered a child. We have no other categories to put him in, and this is the problem of the countries and government. They are something that really disappeared a long time ago but we still have to find a place to put them for a while.
