A dictionary of Marshall McLuhan’s quotations

John Wain has written a new, long poem called Wild Track [1965] which I heard on tape and found quite impressive. He is going to do a two-months' lecture tour mid-March. He will be in Seattle as well as Toronto. It was very pleasant having dinner with him and Cleanth Brooks at the Mitre. I heard Brooks talk on the New Criticism at the Oxford Critical Society the same evening.
