The primary area of growth will probably be in the business area in computerized data transmission - that will enhance the instantaneous sharing of large amounts of data, yet at the same time, it will obsolesce meaning (the human ability to decode). It will retrieve pattern recognition (of a party-line variety) but flip into a new pattern of corporate identity, or tribal involvement. Everyone turns into a nobody. The same thing will happen with E.F.T.S., the electronic funds transfer system.
