At very high speeds both target and marksmen are in rapid and often contrary movement and have little to do with one another. The medical student who spends several years pursuing the goal of becoming a doctor, graduates into a world where the very concept of medicine has changed during his period of training. The ordinary engineer graduates into a world which regards his experience as obsolete.
