A dictionary of Marshall McLuhan’s quotations

[At age 18] Dr. Hamilton’s lecture [on psychic research] sure started me thinking. It was a startling evaluation of what the future may contain. He dealt with Psychic power over objects as well as ectoplasm + telekinesis. I am glad Bill was not there. He would have been all upset mentally. I feel that for one as susceptible + imaginative as myself such a fascinating study must be avoided as one would avoid a snake.
