Decision-making in business and in education as much as in diplomacy is now a matter of grasping these configurations. They have a language and a syntax of their own as much as does the iconology of pictorial advertisement, so that it is not only the business of education today to teach these new languages, but to teach how we can in our previously achieved configurations of culture be enriched by these new powers and not merely dissolved by them.
