There is no connection between the items otherwise than the dateline. And if you take away the dateline from any newspaper whatever, you have a quite handsome surrealist poem. It becomes much more enjoyable if you pull the dateline off. The dateline presents a plausible pretext of rationality, meaning, connection, which is not really very deeply related to the newspaper.
