If the teaching establishment wish to handle, at a single stroke, the whole environment of trash and vulgarity, they complain about, they have only to program it for weekly examination, once or twice. The young would never look at these things again, they now accord this treatment to Shakespeare and make Shakespeare unreadable, impossible for life, by simple expedient of examinations. But if they did the same for comic books, and the daily comics, and the comic books, and the magazines, the TV shows, the radio shows; they could control the young interest or deprive the young of all interest in trash and vulgarity forever.
