The effect of not having a body for most of the services in our information environment has significance which nobody has looked into at all. I would venture off-hand to say that people without bodies tend to be very weak in private identity. That a private identity tends to form in an interfacing of social surrounding. But minus a body, the social interfacing, or encounters, are very weak. Again, it is very difficult to explain why the subject has never been studied.
