My "foul language" consisted in explaining to such big names as Bob McNamara, George Ball, Dean Rusk, and many from the U.K., that they had not a single clue concerning a world in which information moved at the speed of light. They were uniformly nineteenth-century minds pretending to relate to the twentieth century.
