Well, I don't know I'd call that a prophecy or not. There is a sense in which the separatism [of Quebec from Canada] occurred long ago. But there is a hardware sense in which it is still intact. The country is still intact in a hardware sense, legal sense. It is the hardware that is in danger under electric conditions. The hardware world tends to move into software form at the speed of light.
